Marketing, Sales & Service Teams

A lead generation chatbot that asks the questions and saves the answers.

Gydr works as a lead capture chatbot: you design a form in the dashboard, the chatbot asks those questions in the chat in the visitor's own language, and every answer is saved as a row you can read and export as a CSV file. Sending leads straight to HubSpot or Pipedrive is coming soon.

The Problem

  • Contact forms are skipped, so visitors leave without ever telling you what they need
  • Leads arrive by email in different shapes and someone has to retype them
  • Interested visitors are asked for details in a language they do not read well
  • You cannot tell which conversations produced a real enquiry

The Solution

  • The chatbot asks your questions one at a time inside the conversation, not on a separate form page
  • Answers are saved as rows in a table in your dashboard
  • Questions are shown in the language the visitor writes in
  • Export the table as a CSV file whenever your sales team needs it

Capabilities

What It Can Do

Forms You Design Yourself

Create a form with up to 50 fields such as name, email, budget or a multiple-choice question, and choose whether the chatbot starts it at the beginning of a chat or when the visitor shows interest.

Asked in Natural Conversation

Questions appear a few at a time in the chat, so it feels like a conversation. Required fields must be answered; a visitor can skip optional ones.

In the Visitor's Language

The form is shown in the visitor's own language. You can also choose the language the free-text answers are recorded in, for a table your team can read.

A Table and a CSV Export

Each submission becomes a row in the dashboard. Export to CSV to continue in your spreadsheet or CRM. Direct sync to HubSpot and Pipedrive is coming soon.

Getting Started

Set Up in Three Steps

  1. 01

    Design the form

In the dashboard, name your form and add the fields you want, such as name, email and what they are looking for.

  2. 02

    Attach it to your chatbot

Choose when the chatbot should ask: at the start of a chat, or when the visitor shows interest in a quote or a call.

  3. 03

    Read and export the rows

Check the answers in the dashboard table and download them as a CSV file for your sales team.

What changes

Business Impact

Details captured inside the chat

Visitors answer questions in the same place they asked theirs, so fewer of them drop out.

One tidy table instead of scattered emails

Every submission has the same columns, ready for your team.

Questions in the language they read

A visitor writing in Malay or Chinese is asked in Malay or Chinese.

Your CRM, soon

Sending leads directly to HubSpot or Pipedrive is coming soon. Until then, export the CSV and import it.
