Online Stores on WooCommerce & Shopify

An ecommerce chatbot that knows your products, prices and stock.

Gydr is an ecommerce chatbot that searches your WooCommerce or Shopify catalogue while it chats, so shoppers get real products, prices and availability. Signed-in WooCommerce shoppers can also ask where their order is.

The Problem

  • Shoppers ask “do you have this in my size?” and leave if nobody answers
  • Support staff spend the day on price, stock and shipping questions
  • Instagram DMs pile up unanswered next to the orders
  • A generic chatbot invents products or prices that are not in your store

The Solution

  • The chatbot searches your live catalogue and shows real products with their price and availability
  • It sends the shopper to the product page, where they check out on your own store
  • Instagram messages get the same answers as your website chat
  • Questions it cannot answer from your store or knowledge base go to your team

Capabilities

What It Can Do

Product Search From Your Catalogue

Connect WooCommerce or Shopify and the chatbot looks up products as the shopper asks, then shows them as cards with name, price and link. It does not make up products.

Where Is My Order?

On WooCommerce, a shopper who is signed in to your store can ask about their own order, and the chatbot checks your store for the status. Guests are asked to sign in first. This needs the Gydr WordPress plugin.

Instagram DMs and Website Chat

One chatbot answers on your website and in Instagram direct messages. Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram are also supported.

Policies Beside the Products

Add shipping, returns and warranty rules to the knowledge base so the same chat can answer both “do you have it?” and “can I return it?”

Getting Started

Set Up in Three Steps

  1. 01

    Connect your store

Add the WooCommerce or Shopify connection in the dashboard. Gydr uses your catalogue as it is, so you do not upload products twice.

  2. 02

    Add your policies

Put shipping, returns and payment questions in the knowledge base, and write a short instruction for how the chatbot should sound.

  3. 03

Go live on your site and Instagram

Embed the chat on your store and connect Instagram. Review real conversations and adjust answers from the dashboard.

What changes

Business Impact

Real products, not guesses

Answers about items and prices come from your store, so shoppers see what you actually sell.

The cart stays with the shopper

The chatbot shares product links and the shopper completes checkout on your own store pages.

Fewer “where is my order” tickets

Signed-in WooCommerce shoppers get their order status in the chat instead of writing to support.

One brain for every channel

Update a policy once and your website chat and Instagram replies both change.
